Danny Rey — Co-Founder

Originally from Southern California, Danny has been a professional club soccer coach and trainer for 17 years. He has coached all levels of youth soccer, high school, and has trained multiple D-1 soccer players and professional soccer players overseas. He is also a dedicated educator and coach at Greenville High School. His passion for teaching extends beyond the classroom, shaping a coaching style that emphasizes breaking down skills to their finest details. This approach helps athletes build a deep understanding of the game and grow in confidence with every session.

Whether training beginners or elite players, Danny is committed to helping each athlete reach their full potential through thoughtful, detail-oriented instruction.

Josh Heafield — Co-Founder

Josh is originally from North Devon, England, and has been coaching soccer for the past 16 years. Josh played for Plymouth Argyle’s youth team and collegiately at Erskine College. Josh previously coached for Plymouth Argyle and Southampton’s youth development teams and was the Assistant Coach for North Greenville University Women’s Soccer program. Josh is currently a full-time coach for United FC. He will be working towards his C license in December 2026.

Joe O’Neill — Co-Founder

Joe is originally from Birmingham, England, and has been involved with soccer for the past 25 years, on a playing, and coaching level. 

Joe played collegiately in California and South Carolina at the D-2 level and has been coaching ever since graduating. During his time coaching, Joe has worked in the high school, College, and club soccer settings, working with and developing players of all ages and genders. Joe recently obtained his USSF B license in coaching, and plans to work towards his Pro-A license in the next couple of years.
